About Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling
Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling was founded by husband-wife duo Matt and Carlota Vitti. Their mission has always been to build a family-owned and operated business that was founded on superior customer care and a positive work environment.
Matt, having worked for numerous Kansas City HVAC companies throughout the years, noticed that his former employers would cut corners. As a result, customer satisfaction declined, as well as the morale of technicians. That’s when Matt Vitti decided to break off on his own and create Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling. It was his way of righting the wrongs he had witnessed for so many years in the heating and cooling industry.
Matt’s wife, Carlota Vitti, has an extensive background in administrative work and applied her expertise to build a solid foundation in which to launch their new HVAC company. By creating a company where technicians and employees could grow their careers and also have a sense of family, they felt that would translate into improved overall service for their customers.
This winning combination of exceptional customer care and a supportive work atmosphere has translated into success for Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling. Today, both Matt and his wife are still very hands-on with day-to-day operations and have continued to expand their HVAC business to include more locations. With more offices opening every year, their goal remains centered around providing the best heating and cooling services in the Kansas City Metro area.
