We were having thermostat issues! Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling to the rescue! They immediately sent their service tech... out. Caleb was professional, polite, and insisted on wearing his mask & shoe coverings to protect us. He replaced our thermostat and the house is cooling down again. YAY! You never know what type of service you’ll get when you try a new company. Let’s just say how fortunate we feel to... have found Ideal Temp. My call was answered on the first ring and after a few questions I got priority service on their schedule by getting one of their Ideal Service Plans. This gave my “front of the line service” which made me chuckle. Within an hour they were at my home! They looked over the ac system, found the problem and gave me options to fix it. I picked the best one with a 5 year service & warranty. They cleaned up my messy basement and offered to change the batteries on my smoke detectors too! Overall it was 2 thumbs up. I now know who to trust! Thanks Matt! We will definitely tell our friends.read more

The service tech Caleb was on time, very friendly, and courteous. He had on a face mask and put covers over his boots... so as to not track in dirt. He explained everything he was doing and looking for. He told me some things to look for in the future. And he got my AC unit running as well as he could. (It’s an older unit that probably will need to be replaced soon) But he gave it a longer life. I would recommend Ideal Temp. They fit me into their schedule during a busy, hot time and we’re here two days after I contacted them.read more

The price is more reasonable than a lot of places, so I'm not sure where they make their money. Great customer service... and professional people. On time and communication was well done. Respected my request to wear a mask. The other place I used to use was top notch in every respect, but the price gouging was insane. With this company, I got the excellent service and got so much more for so much less money. So you definitely get premium service without the premium price here. It helps when everything else has gone up so much in price. I can't find a single thing to improve on.read more

Having problems with our furnace, we contacted Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling and they responded quickly and... professionally. After looking at our options we decided to replace our furnace and air conditioner. They were very quick to replace everything and did a wonderful job. They are awesome! Our heater went out and they contacted me back on a Sunday! They came out Tuesday and gave us... estimates and took care of financing. They were out promptly Wednesday morning and our new heater and air conditioner(with a great combo deal) were installed by the afternoon. They kept the area clean, were very polite and helpful, and cleaned up everything! And a bonus 2 year maintenance program. We loved them and would highly recommend! My furnace went out this weekend and I had called a few other companies, who were either "several days out" or wanted... to charge $300+ to come out. I called Ideal Temp and the woman that answered the phone (Her name was Carlota I think) was very nice, and she told me they would send a technician out within the hour. Caleb was the technician and he was very helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue and get our heat working in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company. This was the first good experience ive ever had with a home service company.read more

When our heater started going out, I had 4 companies come to my house for bids. Three of them were the larger... companies advertised on TV, and Ideal Temp was recommended by Angie's List. When Matt came, he was very thorough in going over what his company would offer. He took almost an hour to sit down and discuss options. Matt offers "apples to apples" with other company's bids, and he is true to his word. His customer service has been exemplary, and he is quick to respond to questions or concerns. I know there are larger companies out there, but Matt's prices were more competitive compared to their "standard pricing", and he gets to know you personally. Matt was more than willing to go the extra mile and treat us as a friend, not just another customer. I would highly recommend giving this company an opportunity to bid a job for you if looking for a replacement. Hands down, best decision we made in going with Ideal Temp Heating and Cooling.read more

We are very pleased with the new hvac system we had installed this past spring. Everything works great! The process... was explained to us in detail and the timeline they gave us was spot on. They were very thorough and careful with both the removal of the old system and installation of the new one. We consider them trustworthy and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. We had a maintenance plan with another large company in Kansas City and they failed to respond when we reached out for... our fall maintenance. We called ideal temp and received very good customer service, from when I called in to schedule my furnace maintenance, all the way until their technician Caleb showed up. Caleb was very polite, and he actually made a few recommended repairs at no cost.read more

They were very easy to communicate with and kept us updated throughout the whole process! TL;DR: Fast, reasonably priced, no pushy sales tactics, thourough. 5/5 would recommend. Our furnace decided to die... right before subzero temps were supposed to arrive, but Ideal Temp was great. They came out same day, had a flat rate diagnostic price (and Matt spent 2+ hours checking everything) and were polite and explained everything without trying to upsell constantly. within a couple hours we received proposals for repair, and several options for replacement and once we hand made our decision everything was scheduled for the next day. The removal and install took about 4.5 hours, the crew was on time, cleaned up after themselves, everything looks amazing, and most importantly, we have heat!read more

The person who took my call to set up service was very friendly and professional, seemed to appreciate my business and... offered the best pricing of any of the 4 companies I checked with prior. The appointment was readily scheduled in a short time frame. The technician, Tony Brown, was very prompt, personable, professional and very particular about his work. Matt & Company did a fabulous job from start to finish! A coupe of weeks ago they installed a Brand New Bryant... Evolution System plus Duct work in my home. They were on time, clean as a whistle, plus any questions I had were answered. My home now is at the right "Ideal Temp" in EVERY room! I am really impressed with the Evolution system from Bryant & 110% recommend this upgrade to anyone on the fence about one. But make sure Matt is the guy you talk too, his knowledge & professionalism can't be beat! A++read more

First of all A+!! Had Anthony come by to give us a quote - $8000 for their “buy 1 get one free promotion”. Ideal... Temp came by right after and we got an ac and furnace for a grand cheaper and they offered all the same promises Anthony swears no one else offers. When the day of the install came they sent a text to let me know they were on their way. They got right to work, answered every question my husband had while they were working. Very respectful and clean! My husband is very particular about everything and he had no complaints about their work.read more

We had Matt at Ideal Temps install an entire heating cooling system at our house. He was very personable, polite and... professional in discussing all of our options. His prices were competitive. He also had great financing options. We found the options that were right for us and his crew was out within the week to install the a/c and furnace system. They installed the entire system in one day. Their workmanship was very professional. It looks great and works very well! I couldn’t believe how fast they got it done and how great it looks.
